Sentosa Location
• A surcharge of SGD $20 applies for appointments requiring travel to and from Sentosa.

Late Booking (After 7:30 PM)
• A surcharge of SGD $20 applies for bookings scheduled after 7:30 PM.

Late Cancellation (Less Than 3 Hours’ Notice)
• A transportation surcharge of SGD $30 will apply for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Waiting Time at Destination
• A surcharge of SGD $20 applies if waiting time exceeds 15 minutes upon arrival.

On-Site Cancellation / Rescheduling
• A surcharge of SGD $40 applies if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled after the manicurist has arrived.
• If the service is cancelled entirely on-site, 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
